In order to offer you the greatest value we strive to keep our shipping and processing charges as low as possible. We are always working to reduce the costs and increase the efficiencies of shipping and processing so that we can continue to charge as little as possible to offset the costs of getting your package to you undamaged, on time, and exactly as you ordered it. Costs associated with shipping and processing include the following:
1. Boxes, tissue paper, air pillows, bubble-wrap, etc.
2. Our employees who assemble the items for your order including those who arrange to have your order drop-shipped.
3. Our employees who carefully package your order and process it for pick-up by the delivery company
4. The fees that we pay the delivery company to deliver your order to you (We use Fed-Ex for the majority of our deliveries)
5. The delivery charges that are passed on to us by vendors who drop-ship your order to you.
6. Computer and software systems that allow us to link directly to the delivery company. Linking directly speeds up the delivery of your package, allows us to ship such a high volume of packages efficiently, and allows us to provide you with important tracking information about your package.

TIME FOR PRODUCTS TO SHIP

On the product information Web page for each item, we have included the approximate time it takes for that specific product to leave our warehouse. This variation can occur because a non-personalized item might be available to ship within 48 hours, but an engraved item may need more time. If you order more than one item, your entire order will usually be shipped together. If you want your items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

STANDARD RUSH DELIVERY

Once your order is ready to ship, we can provide Rush Delivery. For an additional $11, we can provide 2nd Day Air Delivery or for an additional $21, we can provide Next Day Air Delivery. Also Rush Processing is available for select items, click here for details.

PRIORITY RUSH AND NEXT DAY SHIPMENTS

Because we understand that you may need your items sooner than the indicated timeframe, we offer Rush Processing for select items and/or next day shipping. If you are concerned that your order will not arrive in time for your event, please contact us so we can work with you personally.

RUSH PROCESSSING

We offer Rush Processing for your engraved and embroidered items!

What is Rush Processing? We will expedite the personalization of your engraved and embroidered items and ship them within 3 business days.

Fee: $5 per item. For example if you order 3 of the same flask, your total Rush Processing fee would be $15.

Order information: Please put items for which you are not choosing Rush Processing on a separate order.

Two choices for selecting Rush Processing:

1. During Checkout, put a note in the Comments section that you want Rush Processing and we will manually add the charges to your order. (The Comments section can be found on both the Shipping screen and the Order Review screen at checkout.)

OR

2. Order online and call us with your confirmation number at 1-888-672-9333 within 24 hours of ordering and we will manually add the Rush Processing charge to your order.

DROPPED SHIPPED ITEMS

There are a few items on the Web site that will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and will arrive separately from the rest of your order. These items typically include edibles and personalized candles.
