SALES TAX

ePersonalized Gifts is headquartered in Greensboro, NC. Sales tax is charged to orders shipped to a North Carolina address. Starting 12/1/09, sales tax will also be charged to orders shipped to Connecticut.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We can ship orders internationally through Bongo International. Bongo International is a service that allows shoppers outside of the United States to purchase from our site.

Setting up an account with Bongo International provides you with a US address that can be used to accept deliveries from ePersonalized Gifts; your purchase is then forwarded to you worldwide. ePersonalizedGifts.com ships to their international customers through this process. However, Bongo International is not affiliated with ePersonalizedGifts.com in any other way. Bongo provides international consumers and businesses access to the US market and saves them on international shipping with consolidation.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you place your order online, you will receive an initial email confirmation that will include your web order confirmation number. Once your web, phone, fax or mail order is placed in our internal order processing system, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order including product personalization information.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive shipment notification via email which will provide the Federal Express tracking number of your order with a link to the Federal Express site.

Your order status is also available online at ePersonalizedGifts.com. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed before checking its status.

FREE PERSONALIZATION

Because we know how special the people in your life are, we love adding a personal touch. Most of our products can be personalized. These items can usually be engraved or embroidered with your or a special someone's name. Refer to the individual product descriptions to see the type and styles available for a specific item. And, remember, personalization is always free at ePersonalized Gifts!

Processing Times

Personalized items generally take between 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive your order until the day they ship out of our warehouse (not including invitations or drop shipped items). This time can fluctuate by season. The current processing times are displayed on the product detail page.
